THREE MUST-VISIT PWC FISHING SPOTS IN PERTH
Suns out and it’s time to get your fishing lines out too! Now is the best time to jump on your Sea-Doo and head out to the best fishing spots around town. We’ve put together a list of our top PWC fishing spots in Perth. Make sure you add these to your must-visit list this summer!
Waylen Bay
First, on the list, we have Waylen Bay. Here you can try your hand at Bluefish, Bartail flathead, and Southern black bream. You can find Waylen Bay in Applecross, between Point Dundas and Point Heathcote. Be sure to check out Canning River, Melville Water, and Lucky Bay which are a short distance from Waylen Bay while you are in the area!

Point Walter
At Point Walter, you’ll find yourself spoilt for choice with the abundance of activities available. There are lawned areas for picnics, shaded playgrounds for the kids to run around, and most importantly, the boat ramp and jetty for fishing! In the summer, you can expect to see a lot of flathead action and in the evenings you can live bait for Mulloway, Silver Bream, Yellowtail Whiting, and more!

Carnac Island
Located a short distance from Fremantle, this picturesque limestone island is a must-see! On Carnac Island, you’ll find several unique critters! Say hi to the sea lions, tiger snakes, and a variety of seabirds! You’ll also find herring, tailor, and whiting on the eastern side of the island! Travel to the west and reel in Pink Snapper, Samson Fish, and Trevally.
